Zephrina is the Founder and CEO of ZMC & Associates and a trusted strategic advisor with more than 25 years of experience in accounting, finance, and executive leadership. She partners with entrepreneurs and business owners to gain financial clarity, maximize profitability, strengthen cash flow, minimize tax liabilities, and develop strategic plans that support sustainable growth and long-term business value.

Before founding ZMC & Associates, Zephrina spent more than 15 years serving as Chief Financial Officer for a global transportation and logistics company, where she led financial strategy, planning, and growth initiatives. Recognizing that many growing businesses needed executive-level financial leadership without the cost of a full-time CFO, she founded ZMC & Associates to provide strategic financial guidance and practical business solutions that help organizations scale with confidence.

Throughout her career, Zephrina has helped businesses navigate growth, financial transformation, mergers and acquisitions, and complex financial challenges across a wide range of industries. She is passionate about helping business owners move beyond compliance and leverage financial insights to make informed decisions, improve performance, strengthen cash flow, and build lasting enterprise value. 

As Founder and CEO, Zephrina serves as the visionary leader of the firm, setting strategic direction, fostering innovation, and ensuring the organization remains focused on creating exceptional value for clients. Her leadership philosophy centers on service, integrity, building trusted relationships, and empowering others to achieve both their business and personal financial goals. 

Zephrina is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), an Enrolled Agent (EA) authorized to represent taxpayers before the IRS, and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Zephrina serves clients throughout the United States,
providing the strategic guidance and financial leadership they need to build stronger, more valuable businesses.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family, mentoring
entrepreneurs, and supporting charitable and community initiatives.
