Shanta serves as Human Resources Manager, leading HR operations across both U.S. and Saint Lucia offices. She drives employee engagement, talent development, and organizational effectiveness, supporting leadership in building a strong, people-centered culture.

With several years of HR leadership experience, Shanta specializes in workforce
planning, employee relations, and performance management. She is recognized for
strengthening internal processes, improving retention, and contributing to strategic
initiatives that support organizational growth.

Shanta holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management and an Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHRi) certification. Her leadership style is collaborative and people-centered, focused on building trust, developing talent, and fostering accountability. She is passionate about continuous improvement.
Outside of work, she serves as President of her daughter’s school PTA and enjoys reading and experimenting with recipes with her daughter.
