Founded by Zephrina Cazaubon, CPA, EA, ZMC & Associates builds on her years of experience as Chief Financial Officer for a global trucking and logistics company.

The firm was created after Zephrina recognized that many closely held companies — particularly in the transportation, trucking, and logistics industries — needed professional financial oversight and guidance but could not yet afford a full-time CFO or Controller.

ZMC & Associates leverages remote automation and cloud-based technology to provide state-of-the-art tax, accounting, payroll, and bookkeeping services to companies and sole proprietors across America. The firm helps small business owners, transportation organizations, and professional service firms transform their financial management so they can work on their business and not just in their business.
