Founded by Zephrina Cazaubon, CPA, EA, ZMC & Associates builds on her years of experience as Chief Financial Officer for a global trucking and logistics company.
The firm was created after Zephrina recognized that many closely held companies — particularly in the transportation, trucking, and logistics industries — needed professional financial oversight and guidance but could not yet afford a full-time CFO or Controller.
ZMC & Associates leverages remote automation and cloud-based technology to provide state-of-the-art tax, accounting, payroll, and bookkeeping services to companies and sole proprietors across America.
