Every client is unique. Every client deserves our sincere respect and attention. We depend on technology to be efficient, but only hire people who are responsive, dedicated and people-oriented. In the end, we know our clients hire us for our brains and our fast action, not just our quality paperwork.
Zephrina Cazaubon CPA, EA
Zephrina Cazaubon is the Founder of ZMC & Associates and its managing partner, in addition to being an accomplished financial services professional.
Her robust 20 years in the financial services industry stems from her experience providing both in-house and outsourced CFO services – in addition to the establishment, growth and development of several accounting and financial businesses. Zephrina’s success stems from her ability to build teams based on competence, capabilities and shared core values.
ZMC & Associates provides payroll, and accounting services, as well as tax planning and preparation, retirement planning and insurance services – aligning well with JMR Financial Group’s offerings. Both organizations are aptly prepared to serve the other to ensure excellent customer service.
Prior to forming ZMC & Associates, Zephrina spent 15 years as Chief Financial Officer for a global transportation and logistics company. Realizing that many companies in growth phases are not yet ready to hire financial leaders at the c-suite level, she was inspired to launch her own business and provide that as an outsourced service. Today, she transforms her experience into guidance and oversight for companies in a wide range of industries.
Zephrina is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the American Institute of Public Accountants (AICPA). Her B.S. is in Accounting from the University of Indiana, and she has also earned an accounting professional certificate from McGill University, Montreal, Canada.
